What services do you offer for short-term rental cleaning?

We offer turndown services, deep clean, maintenance, light construction, management services, and marketing services. 

How often do you clean the rental property?

We clean after every guest visit. We also recommend doing a deep clean at the beginning of each renting season to ensure a fresh reset to your property!

How advance notice do you need to clean? 

We prefer at least 2-3 days to make adjustments to our cleaning routes, but please contact us if you have any emergencies or last-minute check-ins. We are happy to help! 

How do you handle laundry? 

To ensure a quick clean, we take laundy off-site to be cleaned, folded, and packaged until returning to the property. It is kept isolated and will not be mixed with any other linens. 

Are your staff trained and background check? 

We ensure only the highest quality individuals will be entering your property. They are background checked, and carefully vetted before being given the opportunity to service our clients.

Do you provide all cleaning supplies? 

We provide all of our own cleaning supplies so you aren't bothered with watching soap levels. We'll keep you stocked and ready to roll!
